Head chef and owner – Jan Baran – is not only an experienced chef and master of culinary secrets, but also the life and soul of the restaurant and good friend to many of its customers.
Under his watchful eye our chefs continuously improve their qualifications. The experience they gained over the years and an extensive knowledge of the art of cooking are a guarantee of an exceptional and – what is important – repeatable taste of our dishes.
Our customers however have no access to the kitchen – their liaison is the waiter. Our team is composed of reliable professionals, with good knowledge of foreign languages and the menu. They can make recommendations when it comes to choosing extras or wines and other alcohols.
The unique taste of each dish served in our restaurant is also dependent on our carefully selected suppliers, who ensure that all products are fresh and of the highest quality.
